Definitions
Investment Custodian: David Zbonski, LLC shares only the information required by law and necessary for account maintenance with our third-party investment custodian(s) to facilitate the management of your assets.
Affiliates: Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. David Zbonski, LLC has no affiliates.
Non-affiliates: Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. David Zbonski, LLC does not share with non-affiliates so they can market to you.
Joint marketing: A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. David Zbonski, LLC doesn't jointly market.
